Terms & Conditions

In line with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, consent is required from a Vet Surgeon prior to treatment.

Routine/maintenance Physiotherapy for animals with no underlying musculoskeletal conditions or injuries do not require a Vet Surgeon consent for treatment (as per the Royal College of Vet Surgeons Act 2022). However animals must be registered with a Veterinary practice.

Personal data/information and clinical notes will be stored in line with GDPR guidelines.

If Veterinary assessment/advice is indicated, Physiotherapy treatment may be ceased until your Vet Surgeon has given consent for further Physiotherapy intervention. 

Communication with your Vet from P&M Veterinary Physiotherapy may be required. 

In some cases Physiotherapy treatment may  not be recommended/provided at the first consultation depending on the nature of the case. Further advice will be provided in this instance.
